Returns & Exchanges

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to you. Items must be unworn and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping back their order at their own expense and providing proof of their return. Merchandise must be returned to us before a refund is issued. 

Please email to us your name and order number to further assist you. 

Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an e-mail informing you of whether your return request has been approved.

Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, excluding original shipping charges.

 

Exchanges: If you receive your jewelry and it isn't what you expected, we are happy to exchange your purchase for something else. The fastest way to receive your alternate item is to order it separate from your return.

 

Sale Items: Sale and final sale items do not qualify for returns. This includes promotional coupon codes or discounts used at the time of purchase.

Earrings are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons, however, we do offer store credit.
